The first club Duathlon is on 8th March 2020 at Horseshoe Lake, Sandhurst.
The Open Water Sprint Triathlon is on 21st June 2020 at Horseshoe Lake, Sandhurst.
The Open Water Olympic Triathlon is on 26th July 2020 at Horseshoe Lake, Sandhurst.
The Open Water Aquathlon is on 9th August 2020 at Horseshoe Lake, Sandhurst.

Distances and Course
Sprint Triathlon
The sprint distances consist of a 0.8 km (0.497 mile) swim, a 21 km (13 mile) bike and 5.1 km (3.169 mile) run.
The mass start swim takes place at Horseshoe Lake and consists of a single loop of the 800 metre buoyed circuit. Depending on lake temperature at the time wetsuits may be compulsory.
The start/finish and transition area is on the grass to the left of the building.
The cycle is a 2 x 10.5km laps. Route (MS Powerpoint).
The run is a 3 lap 5k trail run around the lake.
Olympic Triathlon
The olympic distances consist of a 1.6 km (0.994 mile) swim, a 42 km (26 mile) bike and 9.6 km (5.965 mile) run.
The mass start swim takes place at Horseshoe Lake and consists of two loops of the 800 metre buoyed circuit. Depending on lake temperature at the time wetsuits may be compulsory.
The start/finish and transition area is on the grass to the left of the building.
